Final Fantasy VIII-2
It's a fan-comic,
it's going to be available online, updated regularly (weekly?), and I
won't be making any money on it – dhurr, since FF is the property of
Square-Enix, I'm not allowed to make any money on it; I'm just a fan with
a dream.
I've postponed
starting on this comic for quite a while (several years, in fact), since I
really don't want to make it if I can't do it justice, art-wise. However, I've
improved a lot as an artist, and I reckon I'm getting closer and closer to
pulling it off.
I've been designing "new" outfits for the original cast of FFVIII
(i.e. Squall, Rinoa, Zell etc.), so they'll look a bit different, but
definitely recognisable.
Anyway, I won't be uploading any art or info related to this comic to dA or
anywhere else on the Internet, until I've published the first page.
However, I'll
be using my dA journal and the Projects section on my site to let you
know how far I've come. I'm doing it all on my own – just the way I like it –
so it might take a while, but bear with me, all right?
